Diwali ‘festival of lights ‘ was celebrated at Binary Foundation with lot of enthusiasm and joy. The day was celebrated through various interesting activities. Students participated in various fun filled activities.
Students participated in the celebrations by decorating and colouring diyas. Students decorated diyas with unique and vibrant paints, glitter, and beads. They showed their artistic skills. Teachers explained the significance of lighting diyas during the Diwali celebrations.
Students of class 4 made beautiful and colourful lanterns. Students designed their own lanterns with the help of colourful paper, ribbons, and other craft materials. It added a fun and festive touch to the classroom
Senior students enjoyed the activity by making beautiful rangolis. It allowed students to explore their artistic side. They used colourful powders or flowers to create beautiful designs on the floor. It encourages creativity and introduces students to a vibrant part of Indian culture. Students through their activities proved that talent and creativity do not have boundaries.
Students were very happy as bags ,stationary and chocolates were distributed among them.
Teachers explained the importance of Diwali. Diwali signifies the victory of light over darkness, knowledge over ignorance, good over evil, and hope over despair. Both Teachers and students enjoyed the Diwali celebrations wholeheartedly.
